Aligning Culture With Corporate Needs
The new conference center and training hub for Jefferson Health Alliance comprises a Boardroom Suite, Training Center, Call Center, and Physician Administration Group, all within the same 38,000 sq. ft. one-story building. DCC was challenged with addressing the diverse visions and operational needs of each individual group while still aligning with Jefferson Health’s established brand and culture.
The Boardroom Suite is both modern and sophisticated, integrating the latest technologies in A/V and user control, while the design for the Training Center focused on creating a flexible environment, utilizing retractable walls to accommodate up to 250 people. Natural day-lighting and thoughtfully planned relaxation rooms offer staff in the Call Center a respite from their traditional work stations. Additionally, an Innovation Lab was created where Administrative Personnel can host vendors, leadership summits, and brainstorming charrettes.
